To cancel your order and receive a full refund, the deadline to submit your request is 72 hours prior to delivery or pickup time.
You may not be able to change or cancel an order if the request is made on the day of delivery or pickup time. Once the balloons have been inflated or prepared, they are non-refundable.
Giggles is not responsible for the balloons if there was no one available to accept the delivery. Giggles is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If we need to make another delivery attempt, the customer assumes responsibility for the extra charge.
Delivery time can only be modified based on availability.
